Digital templates and downloads
Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales of digital templates and downloads are final once the files have been delivered or made available to you.
EU/EEA customers — right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, this right is waived when you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. By purchasing a digital product from this site, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
If a delivered file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, contact me at weddingdesignkarli@gmail.com within 14 days and I will correct it, replace it, or refund it.
Custom design projects
Custom commissions are made to your personal specification. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods or content made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once your design week is booked, as it reserves a limited slot.
If you cancel after work has begun, completed work is charged, with a minimum of the deposit.
If I cannot deliver your project, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.
Dissatisfaction with a design style consistent with my published portfolio is not grounds for a refund; the revision rounds in your agreement exist to refine the designs with you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
