Five to seven business days from the moment the survey is completely filled in and all the info has been gathered. That means once I have your photos, your names and wording, and any details that matter to you.

Your timeline starts when everything is in. If something's missing, your order is paused until it arrives, so send it all at once and your piece gets to you sooner.

Clear, well-lit ones, ideally a few angles. For pets, include at least one that shows their personality. For couples, a photo of you together plus separate face shots. For venues, a clear photo of the building or a link to their website.

Yes. Every commission includes 3 rounds of proofs so we can get it exactly right. However, big changes like a pose or new monogram elements cannot be added in 2nd and 3rd iteration.

Your illustration in full colour and as a clean outline, print-ready files, and an editable invitation template with your illustration already placed. You edit the wording yourself in Canva.

No, commissions are digital. You'll get print-ready files plus my printing guide and recommended printers, so you know exactly where to send them.

Yes. One pet is €69, two are €99. Just select it when you order.
